The Property also has a six-level subterranean parking structure with convenient access to all major freeways and is only one block from the Pershing Square Metro Station.  City National 2CAL recently earned its second consecutive LEED Platinum Certification Award for Environmental Conscientiousness and Energy Efficiency, continued Energy Star Certification, and second Wired Score Gold rating.

City National 2CAL is managed by CIM Group. Our office is located on the 22nd floor in Suite 2230. Normal business hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our Property Management staff is here to assist you in coordinating with our departments to make sure your needs as a tenant are met. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us; we look forward to working with you. 

The building’s normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday.  However, the building remains accessible to tenants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  After normal business hours, the Upper and Lower Lobby doors require the building issued access card for entry. After hours, all guests may enter the building via our lobby doors by checking in with Security. Use the intercom at the lobby entrances to reach Security for access.

The Property observes the following Federal Holidays including, but not limited to: New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, MLK Day, and Christmas Day.
