Please join us in The Lounge on 24 Friday, November, 8th at 12:00 pm when we announce the October Retail Reward winners. Winners of the Retail Rewards raffle will receive either a $20 or $50 Visa gift card.
To participate and collect your points for this month's raffle, complete an eligible transaction at one of our participating retailers, and bring your receipt to The Lounge on 24 during hours of operation within 1 business day of your purchase. Once we verify an eligible transaction we will scan your building ID badge and issue points accordingly.

The Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Los Angeles is so excited to enter into our 30th year of the annual drive. Our members are sensitive to the needs of our community and we are pleased to promote their Annual Toy, Food and Clothing Drive.
Many families in our community are finding it increasingly difficult to provide for themselves and their children. The traditional festivities, food and gifts so many of us enjoy during the holidays, are often not available to those less fortunate then ourselves.
Year after year, this drive has supported a number of deserving charities throughout the Los Angeles area. So, we once again, ask for your consideration in supporting this very worthy cause.
Your donations of Toys, Food and Clothing can be placed in the donation box in The Lounge on 24 from Monday, November 4th through Friday, December 6th.
Suggested donations (2019 wish list) could include new unwrapped non-violent toys, canned goods, or new (and/or “gently used”) clothing for people of all ages.
Your gift will make a difference to someone who needs your help. We wish you all a happy and safe holiday season!

The Tenant Lounge is located on the 24th Floor. The lounge offers an alternative lunch and play space as well as a place to relax, recharge and rejuvenate.
