The American Red Cross is experiencing a severe blood shortage and is in critical need of healthy donors. Individuals can schedule an appointment to give blood with the Red Cross by visiting RedCrossBlood.org, using the Red Cross Donor app or calling 1- 800 Red Cross.

Orangetheory is making their home workouts a little more interesting by bringing their workouts to your home. With their studios currently closed, the brand is uploading complimentary 30-minute HIIT workouts to their website—but with a twist. While you don't need any special fitness equipment, Orangetheory trainers are asking you to get creative by incorporating household items into the workout. Get ready to sweat and burn calories with their daily videos. 

City National 2CAL wants your cooking recipes. Submit your favorite recipe as well as a photo of your finished dish to be added to our 2CAL Cookbook. Your recipe entry will place you in our April raffle. Starting March 30th through April 30th City National 2CAL will be accepting raffle entries to win a $100 Amazon e-gift card.
