About The Artist:
Gerardo Morales is a guitarist, percussionist, composer, and recording artist from East Los Angeles who began playing guitar and percussion at 12 years old. He has traveled the world as a professional musician, including performing alongside such artists as Black Eyed Peas, Cristina Aguilera, Ozomatli, Kanye West, and Nino and Isaac de los Reyes.

This class focuses on boxing techniques and total body conditioning. Each interval is three minutes long to imitate real boxing rounds. Each round has a mix of shadow boxing, core, and lower/upper body exercises. Dumbbells, resistance bands, and jump ropes are used during the class. Participants can expect a great total body workout and to learn some self-defense!
